Affiliated Service Providers of Indiana, Inc.

d/b/a ASPIN is a 501 (c) 3, non-profit behavioral health provider and education network. Incorporated in November of 1995 ASPIN offers access to clinical providers in over 50 locations throughout the state of Indiana.

The ASPIN Behavioral Health Clinical Network maintains CARF accreditation under the Managed Behavioral Health Care Accreditation standards. The Behavioral Health Clinical Network is also a certified Managed Care Provider (MCP) for the State of Indiana Division of Mental Health and Addiction.

The ASPIN Education Network is certified to provide continuing education credits for several clinical disciplines. Supervisory and management trainings are also offered through certificate programs.

Mission Statement

“The mission of ASPIN is to develop, promote, and provide quality, cost effective behavioral healthcare services throughout a network of qualified providers.  To support this mission we commit:
 
To develop and expand partnerships with our customers and network members, leading to high quality, superior value products and services that are responsive to customer needs.
 
To promote and encourage through political advocacy an informed understanding and utilization of social behavioral healthcare services among the elective and administrative officials.
 
To establish uniform and consistent resource management and outcome measurement for ASPIN network in an effort to continually improve the delivery of consistent behavioral healthcare services to covered persons and the general population.
 
To be visionary, innovative, and creative network organization, leading to growth and continuous improvement.
 
To actively contribute to the healthcare industry and the communities we serve.
 
To be proactive in identifying changing customers’ needs and expectations that creates business opportunities.
 
To develop innovative ways of increasing financial and other resources to achieve managed growth and prudent reinvestment of network resources and business development opportunities such as grant opportunities.
