Steven F. Pockrass is a Partner at  Ogletree Deakins LLC, and devotes a significant portion of his practice to advising employers on medical leave issues under the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and other federal and state laws.  He also has significant experience defending lawsuits involving allegations of employment discrimination, harassment and retaliation under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and the Americans with Disabilities Act.  Mr. Pockrass provides training to employers, and he reviews and drafts policies, handbooks and contracts.
