Recovery Based Care is an interactive, one day training addressing key concepts of today's recovery philosophy. Participants will:

Gain an understanding of "recovery based care" and how this conceptually differs from traditional models in behavioral health service delivery
-
Gain knowledge of concrete practice strategies in key areas (e.g., self-determination, community inclusion, person-centered planning, etc) which reflect a recovery/resilience orientation in service delivery
-
Be introduced to a quality indicators tool which can be used to measure an agency's progress toward the implementation of recovery-based care
