	This full day workshop will cover the following topics: * Client engagement issues * Client motivation issues * Family support issues * Medication compliance issues * Client boundary issues * Dealing with "blockers" * Termination rationale The strategies discussed would be applicable to both Adolescents and Adults in mental health or substance abuse treatment. Material will include positive confrontation skills, conflict management, assertive communication, and honest reflection of behavior.
