The speaker will address how community mental health centers need to rethink changes in MRO services even though the moratorium has been extended to April 2009. The government has disclosed its intentions in terms of the definition of services and medical necessity. In order to be audit proof, organizations will require an understanding of the governments intentions.
In this full day seminar attendees will:

1. Understand rehabilitation under the proposed MRO regulations
2. Define maintenance level services under the proposed MRO regulations
3. Learn the basic elements of a Rehabilitation Plan and how to implement them into daily practice
