Health Navigator/Community Health Worker

• The most qualified candidates will be contacted, via email, for a telephone
• Applicants who successfully complete the telephone screening, will be invited
to an onsite interview with Human Resources and the Hiring Manager
• Applicants who complete the telephone screening, but are not selected to move
forward in the interviewing process, will be notified by email
• All other applicants will be notified once the position has been closed
